Founder & Managing Director
Natasha holds a Harvard MBA and has accumulated over 20 years of successful corporate experience. She began her career in consulting, dedicating nearly 10 years to McKinsey & Company, acquiring best-practice problem-solving, communication, and team effectiveness skills. Following this, she assumed executive roles at international market-leading multi-billion-dollar companies, where she built and led substantial functions and organizations with tens of people under management.

This wealth of experience provides Natasha first-hand knowledge of what it takes to get admitted into a leading global university and to get hired by a premier employer.
Simon Gubser
Technology Advisor
Simon has an Engineering degree in Mechatronics, a discipline containing all technical elements (mechanics, physics, electronics, IT) to understand modern equipment in its whole. He has more than 15 years of professional experience in various high-tech companies, developing and supplying breakthrough technologies to the most innovative companies in the world – Apple, Meta etc. He holds multiple patents in micro-optics and sensing.
